Courtesy, good manners and etiquette
March 23, 2026
Tuesday, March 24 | 7:00 PM | Sakura – Cafenea și Ceainărie
We continue our series of Tuesday evening meetings at Sakura with a theme that never goes out of style, but always adapts: etiquette and good taste in everyday life.
If in past meetings we traveled through the history of tea and admired the elegance of porcelain, on Tuesday, March 24, we focus our attention on the most precious “accessory” we can wear: our own behavior.
In a world that moves ever faster, etiquette does not describe rigid rules or what is “precious”, but rather provides details about respect, about attention to others and about that state of well-being that we transmit to those around us through simple gestures.
What will we explore together on Tuesday evening?
• The essence of good manners: Why “good manners” are, in fact, a form of normality and how they make our lives easier.
• Modern etiquette: How we adapt classic rules to the current context (greetings, conversation, our presence in public spaces, etc.).
• The art of being a guest and host: The small details that transform a simple visit or a meal out into a memorable memory.
• The elegance of conversation: How to actively listen and how to provide answers that invite authentic connection.
• The language of fine gestures: What our posture, tone of voice and the way we relate to those around us say about us.
We remain in the same relaxed spirit, specific to our evenings at Sakura. It will not be a theoretical lecture, but an open conversation, an exchange of ideas between people who value the beauty and quality of human interactions.
We will discover together that etiquette does not confine us, but rather gives us the tools and freedom to feel at ease in any situation.
